Proposed as a Renga of unstructured couplets for two people, but certainly fun if folks want to do one with more people, although then we’d probably want 20 couplets instead of 10.
I’m hoping that by keeping each writer to two lines, our push/pull on each other stays strong, but leaves enough room to develop a new idea, pivot, etc.

I woke up at 4AM and wrote down my dream, which had instructed me to submit this as my Renga. I do what my dreams tell me, so now have inflicted this on you. I have no idea whatsoever what it is about, nor how to pivot from it. Best of luck to us all. LOLOL!

Perhaps it was that leg cramp that woke me at 4AM telling me I should nibble on this one. Think I can give it a go, but first, I need a shot of whiskey and some shut eye… or some Newman-type line like that…

Funny, I had a Renga challenge pop into my head in the middle of the night a few days ago and it was gone by morning… but I’m pretty sure there was water in that pool. This one is empty – sudden death awaits! LOL!

OK, we can continue from this post. https://qbit.blog/2017/10/09/renga-swan-dive-qbitsarasouthwest/ You write the next couplet, just add a comment. We shoot for ten couplets in all, but can follow our noses if we want to change that. The trick is to eventually find our way back to an ending, lol!
